JEAN TROGNEUX

New store concept – heading for Paris!

For its very first Parisian store, Maison Jean Trogneux — a chocolate-making institution with six generations of history — is opening at 54 rue des Martyrs, an emblematic neighborhood that blends gourmet tradition with a trendy clientele.

The challenge: to stand out in a dense food retail environment with a 25 m² showcase capable of reflecting both the brand’s heritage craftsmanship and its ambition for modernity.

How to showcase a brand’s heritage in a compact space at the center of a highly competitive district?

Our approach

We designed a jewel box, conceived as a precious showcase of French chocolate. The interior design pays tribute to the brand’s craftsmanship and roots while asserting a contemporary aesthetic: clean lines, noble materials (wood, brass, aged mirror), and a warm palette.

Trogneux’s signature red anchors the brand codes, while clear and refined merchandising guides visitors through a rich, evolving offer tailored to the highlights of the gourmet calendar. The space, inspired by the world of goldsmithing, reveals each product as a precious object.

Once the design was validated, our Deliver team managed all technical plans, administrative authorizations, costings, and project supervision to ensure the store could open within very tight deadlines.

The result

The customer experience, designed to appeal both to demanding epicureans and to lovers of great stories, fully enhances the Maison’s creations.

The project was carried out in record time, with end-to-end management through to delivery, to enable an opening just before Easter.
