MAKE UP FOR EVER

Eco-design training and CSR innovation sprints

As part of the annual Green Weeks organised by Make Up For Ever’s CSR Committee (Committed Forever), we designed a series of seminars, training sessions and workshops for the French and international team.
How do you make employees aware of the challenges of climate change and encourage them to take action?

Our approach

The Define team and our Director of Sustainable Development Projects worked closely with Make Up For Ever to develop the pedagogical engineering and programme content to help employees make progress in terms of eco-design.

Prepare the four CSR innovation sprints: frame the design challenges, prepare the immersion modules, conduct workshops in the right sequence, assign roles and define the brainstorming leading to constructive and prioritised solutions that would be pilot-ready.

The result

Over 300 employees took part in awareness-raising webinars and all our design and merchandising teams received eco-design training.

Teams committed to the company’s CSR policy and practical actions rolled out in all the professional sectors.
