LUSH

Eco-refit roll-out in France

Devise and implement a strategy for renovating the French store estate that enables the latest concept to be rolled out efficiently, while remaining true to the brand’s commitments to CSR.
How is our eco-refit process enhanced by contact with a brand that is committed to nature?

Our approach

Conduct a thorough analysis of the parameters of the new concept and carry out resource audits/analyses of the stores to enable our Deliver division to advise Lush on the levels of renovation to be implemented (light, medium, full) to optimise the return on investment strategy (ROI) and to minimise extraneous cost and effort.

Based on a sketch drawn up by Lush’s teams, our team of architects, construction economists and site managers carried out the preliminary design study, final design study, application for works authorisation, consultation files, call for tender and site management, while ensuring that the international teams were fully aware of the specific requirements under the French regulations.

We immersed ourselves in Lush’s highly committed CSR policy and our team customised the retail3D eco-refit methodology to take it even further, in particular by setting up community partnerships.

The result

Nine shops were renovated in three months in France and we had the satisfaction of donating the furnishings from the old design to charities.

We have forged a strong bond that have given rise to new collaborations on major projects.
