Concept creation and merchandising

Unbottled is a French DNVB that specialises in solid cosmetics and is seeking to expand its physical presence!

After a first successful experience in Beaugrenelle in the 15th arrondissement (pop-up format), the founders contacted us again to open their Paris flagship in the heart of the Marais district of Paris.

The aim is to embody the brand commitments, analyse customer journeys and boost sales.

How do you create an engaging concept and educational merchandising for a DNVB (digital native vertical brand)?

Our approach

The Design division devised a global concept for a eco-friendly bathroom, from the choice of eco-designed materials to the visual merchandising of the products, not forgetting the branding and overall tone!

Testing around a water station, bulk descents and personalised gift boxes are at the heart of the experience.

All the in-store communication of information and merchandising were specifically designed to help customers discover the brand and its offering.

The result

A small flagship with an impressive performance record, already heralding the roll-out of the concept in France and around the world!
