How can we reinvent the pharmacy customer experience in the key self-medication segment?

Our approach

After an on-the-ground immersion during which we analyzed best merchandising practices across product categories facing similar challenges of visibility and education (decorative arts, oenology, food), we designed a merchandising kit with simple, impactful entry points while engaging shoppers through educational and didactic supports.
To address the brand’s CSR commitments, our Design team conceived an eco-responsible, modular system made from recycled and recyclable materials.

The result

A brand-new toolkit deployed nationwide, across a wide range of pharmacy formats.
The rollout has sparked enthusiastic feedback — delighting both field teams and shoppers alike!
